Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship only within the United States to states where our products are legally allowed.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws before placing an order.

Discreet Packaging

  • All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy.

  • No branding or product descriptions will be visible on the outside of the package.

Tracking & Order Issues

  • Once shipped, customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number.

Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
